Buying tickets separately, Alley and Jorge wanted to go see Lizzo with (mutual) friends on Halloween night in 2022. The pair ended up sitting next to each other, unbeknownst the feelings that came next. The vibes were high, energy was electric, and the stranger next to Jorge was slightly annoyed. Alley wanted Jorge to read the room and figure out that she liked him, so she gave a hint by grabbing his hand to "stay safe in the crowd" on the way out. Jorge took that as a chance and asked Alley on a date after the concert.

Alley and Bentley had built a beautiful life together, just the two of them. There’s something special about the bond between a girl and her boy dog.

As her relationship with Jorge grew and flourished, Alley knew she was ready for the next step. She secretly planned a hike with friends and told Jorge she needed to stay home to study for grad school....

To Jorge’s surprise, he saw Alley across the bridge, and as he crossed, he realized that Bentley was right there beside her. Tucked into Bentley’s collar was a ring and a dog tag that said, "will you be my dad?" Alley and Bentley asked Jorge to join their little family together. And just like that, their next adventure began.

Jorge didn’t exactly catch Alley by surprise, and honestly, that’s hard to do. Alley had big dreams of showing Jorge around her hometown of Jupiter, Florida when they were going to her dear friend Sydney's wedding. She had the itinerary ready… but Jorge kept trying to shut it down. All he wanted was to go to the lighthouse, and he was determined to get there before it even opened.

That’s when Alley knew: this was going to be it.

So, naturally, as the aesthetic coordinator, she made sure their outfits were ready and on point.

They climbed to the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse, and there, with the ocean stretching out around them, Jorge proposed. And even though Alley saw it coming, the feeling was everything. She said yes. And just like that, the couple was engaged… again!
